Attack thoughts are a form of violence towards yourself.
Before any attack thoughts of judgment, blame, criticism, or complaint arrive at your intended target they attack you first as they are generated inside of you where they have a very toxic effect upon your inner world.
Attack thoughts have a serious debilitating effect on your own self concept. The way you see and feel about yourself. When you use attack thoughts your feelings about yourself turn to vindictive and hateful assaults upon your own personhood. They do not bring peace of mind.
All Judgment is Self Judgment
In other words, all forms of judgment are self-judgment. By judging others behavior you are putting yourself in a prison of your own making. The good news is since you're the jailor you have the key to free yourself.
Peace of mind is the primary focus of a truly enlightened being. Your whole heart is engaged solely in creating a vibrational field that makes you very attractive and an irresistible magnet for the abundance the universe has to offer. When your auric field is fully magnetized by high vibrational thoughts and, most especially feelings of well-being, then you become a magnet for goodness continually showing up at your doorstep.
War begets war. Violence leads to more violence. When you lean into separation within, or without, you create further division, warring and negativity in the world.
Give Peace a Chance
You can immediately experience peace and make a valuable contribution to creating peace in the world by generating and transmitting peaceful thoughts.
Try it, experiment for yourself to find out if this is true for you. Calm your mind. For five minutes unplug from whatever is going on in your life and be still. Let your mind settle.
Resilient Empowerment
You will become much more resilient in the moment and empower yourself to take the transformative steps necessary to create balance and peace in your present day life.
As you are a vibrational, energetic being and are connected with all that is when you act from a centered, grounded and loving space from within yourself you attract a much better outcome for yourself in any situation you may be facing.
You create pain for yourself when you attack others. Any attack thoughts act like a poison within your own energy system polluting your inner world with negativity.
Negative e-motion (energy in motion) really clogs up your emotional body. Remember you attack yourself first with negative thoughts before you will ever hurt someone else.
You don’t want to pollute your inner world with anger, fear and worry. These negative emotions are low vibrational attractors. Attack thoughts act like daggers, piercing holes in your auric field. You leak energy out of these holes in your energetic field that act as a Divine shield of protection.
Your Protective Wei Qi
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), or oriental medicine, this protective field of energy is called wei xi (pronounced ‘way chee’). When your wei chi is weakened you are more vulnerable to succumbing to disease, injury or accident.
Your wei chi is most emotionally connected to your lungs. The breath of life must circulate freely and be unimpeded for optimal health. Emotionally the lungs are connected to the negative emotion of grief.
The resistance to and fear of letting go of cumulative losses throughout your life time, is a great contributor to diminished life force energy and your wei chi. The aging process gets greatly ramped up when the wei qi is damaged.
Think of your wei chi like the protective atmosphere of the earth. With the assault of negative pollutants of lower vibrational emotions over time your protection from outside influences diminishes and you are no longer able maintain a friendly environment in which to live. The environment becomes hostile and uninhabitable.
It is your thoughts that make up what you see in the world. You can change what you see in the world by changing your thoughts. A peaceful mind can envision a peaceful world. A mind that is turbulent will only see turbulence in the world.
Which would you rather see?
A changed thought system can change how the law of cause and effect operates in your life. Meaning simply that when you send out positive thought vibrations into the world the effect will be a positive experience of the world. No matter what happens, something positive can result in your life if you are open to seeing and experiencing it.
Experiment for yourself the effect that letting go of negative attack thoughts and instead focus upon experiencing peace of mind with these two simple affirmations, or make up your own personalized affirmations.

The Miracle
The love you give to others helps to strengthen the love you have for yourself. Just as when you respect others, your own sense of self respect is strengthened.
Attack thoughts do not bring you peace of mind and do not protect you. Instead attack thoughts attack you first and actually weaken and lower the wei qi, your natural field of protection.
The miracle is that when you surrender your negative attack thoughts you will make the discovery that the power of love is waiting to positively support you through whatever challenges you may face.

The lungs are directly connected to your Heart chakra and connects you with the kinetic experience of touching and being touched which is how you interpret your own personal feeling about life.
How you feel about life is the primary significator for how you will experience life.
