Citrus and spice oils are called for in many of your Holiday Recipes.
You can also use the Citrus and Spice blend for many of your everyday recipes.
A very versatile Culinary Wellness blend, the Citrus and Spice Oil blend is one that you can turn to time and again.

Citrus and Spice Blend
To a 5ml (approximately 100 drops) colored glass euro-dropper bottle add:
- Sweet orange - 20 drops
- Lemon - 10 drops
- Tangerine - 10 drops
- Mandarin - 10 drops
- Cinnamon leaf - 30 drops
- Clove - 10 drops
- Ginger - 10 drops
Close cap tightly and shake bottle vigorously to thoroughly blend essential oils. Allow to synergize for eight or more hours before using.
Add 1-3 drops to taste at the end of the cooking process (if possible). May replace all or a portion of the herbs and spices you usually use in your dish.
