The Spicy Essential Oil Blend is a basic necessity for every Culinary Wellness Kitchen.
You can use it in any of your recipes that call for spicy flavors. From Greek and Mexican to Indian and Italian.
When spice is called for in your dish try this flavorful treat!
Spicy Blend
To a 5ml colored glass euro-dropper bottle add:
- Sweet Basil - 30 drops
- Oregano - 20 drops
- Cinnamon - 10 drops
- Black pepper - 10 drops
- Rosemary - 10 drops
- Sweet Marjoram - 10 drops
- Thyme - 5 drops
- Clove - 5 drops
Close cap tightly and shake bottle vigorously to thoroughly blend essential oils. Allow to synergize for eight or more hours before using.
Add 1-3 drops to taste at the end of the cooking process (if possible). May replace all or a portion of the herbs and spices you usually use in your dish.
