Healing Depression - Free Ho'oponopono Forgiveness Meditation (Limited Time)

Depression is the fourth stage of dissolving the ego and birthing the soul.

At this stage your ego’s mental defenses are really beginning to break down. The ego mind operates primarily in the shadow. You are completely unaware of operating from a conditioned mindset.

The mind’s impersonation of the soul, or Self, goes undetected by most of us until we reach a high enough level of awareness.

In fact, we just can’t even begin to discern the difference between truth and falsehood until we are operating at high levels of integrity with ourselves which requires courage. It takes a great deal of courage to face the truth about ourselves when we are primarily operating as an ego mind.

As you rise to higher levels of consciousness and conscious discernment you become aware of how you’ve been operating.

As Einstein said, “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” When you reach a new level of consciousness you automatically outgrow previous states of awareness and your ‘old’ ways of thinking naturally fall away.

You maybe have realized this for yourself as you’ve grown in your awareness. When you know better, you do better.

Your ego, or false identity, is the personality or projected self image or idea you've been conditioned to believe about yourself.

This breakdown of the ego defenses, the shadow or false self, is actually great news and a sign of healing!

Many people on the planet are at this stage or experiencing some version of this stage of death or dissolution of the ego structure.

You may feel like you don't know who you are anymore, or that you don't fit into your life, or with your usual group of friends, or even family members. Despair is the lowest rung on the ladder. There's no further down you can go. The only way out is up from here.

Depression

The fourth stage of death of the ego and birth of the soul is depression. First signs of transformation of the ego to soul (like the caterpillar transforming into the butterfly) can set in around puberty, or may start at any time in your life when your 'conditioned identity' is undergoing significant changes.

At this fourth stage the pain and suffering can become so intense and overwhelming that you are forced to finally surrender.

This stage is characterized by a deepening need for self-forgiveness and opening your heart.

At this stage you have an opportunity to breakthrough and experience a new level of acceptance and compassion for yourself and others.

Challenge

Your challenge at this fourth stage is to drop judgment of yourself and others.

When you drop judgement your ability to discern the truth begins to increase and you start feeling peaceful, no matter what is going on in your life.

Feeling peaceful is your natural state of being.

Getting stuck at this fourth level of depression can occur if you’re unable to drop judgment. You can get into a struggle between judging yourself and opening to forgiveness and letting go. At this stage depression takes on the face of anger turned inward and can become a fierce battle with oneself.

Affirmation: “It is safe to live my life without judgment or blame.”

Ho’oponopono, or some sort of forgiveness meditation, can be helpful to move you through this fourth stage of dissolving the ego and birthing the soul.

Of course all the levels of dissolving the ego and birthing the soul can overlap with one another and there is no real delineation between each of them. This is just 'somewhat' of an outline of the stages involved and simply meant to give you some insight into the process.
