The harmonizing middle notes of essential oils are your greatest allies for calming any anxiety, worry, or stress. Oils with harmonizing scents can provide a sense of stability and ground you even in the most stressful circumstances.

Middle Note Scents - The mid-range notes on a musical scale. These oils often act as regulators to promote harmony and balance. When you inhale the scent of a middle note you can feel it’s harmonizing and balancing influence. You may feel its scent sensations mostly in the middle region or chest area of your body.

Balsamic - Peaceful, grounding aroma that is sweet, soft, and rich. Take a few long deep breaths of these oils and settle into a feeling of peace and calm. Can bring to mind the feeling of being out for a walk in nature.

Classic Harmonizer Blend

To a 5ml colored glass euro-dropper bottle add:

  • Sweet Marjoram (Alcohol) - 10 drops
  • Bergamot (Ester & Alcohol) - 60 drops
  • Roman Chamomile (Ester) - 30 drops

Cap your bottle tightly and allow blend to synergize for 8 hours or longer before using. When ready dispense 1-3 drops of your blend onto a perfume smell strip or cotton ball and inhale the scent.
