Spanish Sage oil has a wonderfully herbal and camphoraceous scent. Spanish Sage is believed to help aid in memory retention and is frequently used in  study blends. Research evidence supports the use of Spanish sage as a memory enhancing agent, 

Healers, in traditional cultures, burned sage to enhance meditative practices and to achieve healing states. Its restorative properties make Spanish sage suitable for use when solving problems or for quiet reflection and contemplation.

There may actually be some scientific evidence for this practice as certain types of sage, like salvia and white sage, contain the chemical component thujone. Research shows thujone to be mildly psychoactive. Interestingly, thujone is found in many plants used by indigenous cultures throughout history for spiritual rituals and to enhance intuition.

Spanish sage oil contains only traces of thujone. Its primary components are camphor and eucalyptol (1,8 cineole).

BLEND WITH: Himalayan Cedarwood, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Peppermint.

SUGGESTED USE ON LABEL: Adult: Dispense 1-3 drops on cotton ball or smell strip and inhale, or as directed.

CAUTIONS: Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Maximum dermal use level 12.5%.
