We cannot control outcomes, but by reading the changing patterns and flow of energy, we can make more conscious choices that influence the direction of events and help bring about the best possible outcomes. 

Foreknowledge empowers you to prepare, make the most of what is unfolding, and even benefit from the energies constellating in the heavens.

Choosing Your Medium for Reading Energy

I'm an intuitive and energy healer, which means I read energy. My preferred medium for reading energy patterns is the stars. Reading and interpreting the patterns the stars are making in the heavens is called astrology. That's why I often simply refer to myself as an intuitive astrologer.

Other intuitives use different tools for accessing insights into the energies unfolding around us, including Tarot and Numerology, among many others. The important thing is to find the medium that calls to you and helps you gain insight into what lies ahead.

I love astrology because it is based on natural phenomena: the stars and their movements through the heavens. These celestial patterns can be read symbolically, much like dream interpretation, which gives you access to your subconscious and unconscious mind. 

From this perspective, there are no barriers to cosmic intelligence within your unconscious mind. It reaches beyond the limitations of ordinary, everyday awareness and our usual experience of time.

I encourage you to choose your own medium for forecasting what lies just ahead. More than at any other time in the last 1,000 years, you have an opportunity to change the course of the future you are creating for yourself and our world.

If you knew this moment held such potent transformational power, wouldn't you want to take advantage of this rare opportunity to change the course of your ancestral lineage, your soul's journey, and humanity itself?

What is transpiring is enormous. Resistance and fear are among the greatest obstacles to navigating this transformation.

Forgiveness and letting go of judgment allow the law of grace to operate in your life. When you release resistance, unseen forces can work on your behalf in ways you cannot possibly anticipate.

Stop Fighting What You Don't Want

Mother Teresa certainly understood how resistance could add fuel to the very circumstances you say you don't want. When asked to attend an anti-war rally, she famously responded that she would attend a rally for peace.

The principle behind this response is worth contemplating. What you focus your energy on shapes your experience. While, fighting against something only reinforces the very conditions you say you want to change.

Consider, for example, the war on terrorism or drugs. Has war on anything ever contributed to its eradication? Or has war only increased the sophistication and proliferation of the very things you say you don't want in the world? 

When you can accept what is, extend compassion to everyone concerned—including yourself—and look honestly at your own participation in the circumstances you wish were different, you open the door to meaningful change.

This doesn't mean condoning harmful behavior or abandoning your desire for change. It means looking more deeply at the situation and asking yourself how your own choices, attitudes, or actions might contribute to unwanted outcomes.

This can require uncovering patterns of behavior you haven't recognized as imbalanced. We are all complicit in some way in the conditions of our world, and each of us must be willing to make new choices.

If you want to move away from what you don't want and toward what you do want, you must change how you live and what you contribute to the world. Otherwise, your desire for change amounts to little more than lip service.

We Are at a Major Crossroads

Right now, we are at a major crossroads. The astrological energy is calling you to review what you value, reconsider your choices, and think deeply about what you truly want.

On an individual level, each of us is ready for a new world. We want things to change. But creating that new world requires more than wishing for a different reality. 

Right now you are being asked to examine yourself, release what no longer serves you, and make choices aligned with the future you want to experience. The planetary energies now unfolding offer you an opportunity to do just that.

Venus, Retrogrades, and the Power of Intention

We're in orb of a potent 2° Taurus Full Moon (ruled by Venus) that was exact on October 26th. There are several personal planets retrograde right now, including Mercury in Scorpio. Venus has just passed her latest Venus Star Point, marking a significant moment in the current Venus cycle.

Venus conjuncted the Sun at 0° Scorpio, a rare alignment that will not occur again until 2177. This marks a remarkable turning point in a much longer celestial cycle.

Today, October 28, Venus is at 29° Libra (ruled by Venus), the anaretic degree associated in astrology with endings, culmination, and transition. Mastery of your personal energy continues to be a theme for you.

Venus is expected to become visible again on October 30. This is an excellent day to set your intentions for the future you want to experience over the next four to eight years.

Take advantage of Venus re-emerging into visibility to clarify what you value, what you wish to attract into your life, and what you are ready to release. Venus invites you to examine your relationships, self-worth, desires, resources, and the values that guide your choices.

The next major Venus-Sun conjunctions will occur in 2030:

• January 6, 2030 — Inferior Conjunction (Retrograde Venus Cazimi): Around 16° Capricorn.
• October 20, 2030 — Superior Conjunction (Direct Venus Cazimi): Around 27° Libra, marking an important shift in the Venus Star Point pattern into Libra.

These dates offer future milestones in the ongoing Venus cycle and its invitation to reassess your values, desires, and relationships.
