Lately, my guides have been encouraging me to pay more attention to caring for my chakra energy centers. The chakras have been called the anatomy of the soul—a subtle map of consciousness that bridges spirit and body.Balancing and charging the chakras—the seven major energy centers along with the higher, heavenly chakras that connect us to our oversoul, or higher self.
